We are set up over at Prafulla Housing Society in Akurdi, specifically at B 14. It’s right near the Bank of Maharashtra and across from Force Motors, so it is a pretty easy landmark for people to find. This isn't your typical factory floor; it's more of an administrative spot handled through Mr. Suresh Iyer's care. We have been here in Pune for quite some time now. The office is tucked inside the residential area, so it's a bit quieter than the main road, though you still hear the traffic from Force Motors. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through stacks of invoices and letters. It is a bit cramped with all the filing cabinets we have squeezed in there. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer jams right when we need it, but we manage. We aren't a big flashy corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just us in a regular room, doing the work that keeps the bigger wheels turning. The housing society is quiet during the day when most people are out at work, which helps us focus. We have a small balcony where we keep some plants that Mr. Iyer looks after. It’s a nice little break from the stacks of paper. The desk is an old wooden one that has a few scratches and coffee rings on it. We don't mind. We just handle the industrial administration and make sure the files are in order for the next audit. It's a steady, quiet kind of work.
