Jaya Hind Industries Ltd

Our place is right on the Bombay Pune Highway in Akurdi. If you know where Force Motor is, we are basically right next to them. Being in the Pimpari Chichwad area means it's always busy around here with trucks and workers moving about. Jaya Hind Industries Ltd has been part of this landscape for quite some time. The noise from the highway is something you just get used to after a week or two. We have a lot of space for our machines and the yard where the materials come in. It isn't a quiet office job; it’s more of a place where things are actually being made. The dust from the road comes in sometimes, but that’s just part of being in an industrial zone like Vive Nagar. We have a canteen where everyone grabs lunch around noon. It’s not a polished corporate lobby kind of place. There are grease marks on the floors and the smell of metal in the air. We keep a schedule and try to stick to it, though things usually get hectic when a big shipment is due. Most of the guys living nearby walk or take their bikes to work. It’s a straightforward operation. We do our shifts, handle the heavy lifting, and make sure the gates are locked at night. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We’ve seen this area change a lot over the years and we just keep doing what we do.
