Started out at G. M. Sharma’s place here in Baid Layout. Laxmi Nagar is a quiet spot in Wardha but we stay pretty busy with the construction side of things. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff at the site. Some days are slow when the weather gets too hot, which happens a lot around here. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Jashree Syambaba Construction Company isn't a huge name or anything, just a local outfit trying to get the jobs done right. You can usually find someone hanging around the office if the trucks are moving. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. It gets dusty with all the work going on nearby. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we keep our files and meet the workers. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play out front while we're trying to figure out the week's schedule. Wardha is a small enough place where you know most people who are building something. We don't do much marketing or anything. Mostly it is just people seeing our boards at a site and asking around. If you are walking through Laxmi Nagar, you might see us. It’s just how things go here, simple and straightforward. No big corporate meetings, just regular work.
