Jaquar & Co. Ltd.

We are located in Warje, Pune, right across from the Cipla Foundation. Our office is in Building B/3, up in Flat 707 at Atul Nagar. It’s a residential complex, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time, except when the kids are playing outside in the evenings. Jaquar & Co. Ltd. has been here for a while now. We like the view from the seventh floor; it gives us a bit of a break when we’re tired of looking at the same documents all day. The space is basically a converted apartment. We have our computers in what would be the living room and files stored in the back. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a corporate headquarters, and we’re fine with that. We don't need a lot of space to get through our daily tasks. Most of the day is spent on the phone or responding to emails. Warje is a busy area, so being tucked away in Atul Nagar is actually quite nice. It keeps us focused. We don't have any big manifestos or grand ideas about the world. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a practical setup for a company like ours. We just keep things simple and keep moving forward. We don't have a receptionist or fancy snacks, just a water cooler and some fans to keep the air moving while we work through the day.
