Jananand Foundation

We set up Jananand Foundation in Shop No 4 at Anushka Lake View. It’s located in the Ambegaon Bk area, specifically near Liphaveli. If you know the neighborhood, it's not too hard to find, though the address numbers can be a bit confusing if you’re looking at a map. We’ve been here for a while now. The shop is a small space, but it’s cozy enough for the few of us who work here every day. We usually have the door open if the weather is nice to let some air in. It’s a quiet part of the building for the most part. We aren't doing anything that requires a big fancy office or lots of staff. Most days it’s just us handling whatever comes through the door. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask about what we are doing. We try to be helpful when we can. The work itself isn't always exciting, but it’s important to us. We have some shelves filled with files and a couple of old computers that we use to keep track of things. It’s a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make it work. We like being in Ambegaon Bk because it feels like a real neighborhood. There’s no corporate vibe here at all. It’s just a simple shop where we do our daily business and try to keep things moving along for everyone involved.
