Jammu & Kashmir Projects Construction Corporation has an office set up in Pune now. We are located at Z-2/303 in the Lunkad Goldcoast building. Viman Nagar is a busy area, but our spot is easy enough to find. It’s funny having an office for J&K projects all the way down here, but that’s how the work goes. We spend most of our time dealing with project plans and construction schedules. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep our files and meet. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a lot of coordination involved with building stuff, so the phones are usually ringing. Sometimes we have to stay late to get the numbers right. The building is nice, and being in Pune makes it easier to talk to certain partners. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy brochures. We just look at the drawings and talk about what needs to be built next. People come by to drop off documents or chat about the current sites. It’s a lot of practical talk about materials and timelines. We have a small team here making sure the projects stay on track. If you need to find us, the Z-2 block is where we stay. It's a standard office life, really. Just hard work and keeping the records straight for the corporation. We are just getting things done day by day.
