Jairaj Arts

We are located over on Singhagad Road in the Ganadhish Sankul building. It’s a very busy area especially in the evenings with all the people coming home from work. Our shop is at C-1. We do art work, mostly signs and some painting stuff that people need for their homes or shops. I’ve been doing this for a long time. It’s a small space so things can get a bit cluttered with paint cans and old boards. We try to keep it organized but when there's a lot of work coming in, it gets messy fast. People from Hingane and nearby areas come to us. We don't do much on the internet, mostly just people walking in or calling us because someone else told them about the shop. My brother helps out with the deliveries when he can. We use a small scooty to move things around if they aren't too big to carry. The weather gets really hot in this part of the city so we try to finish the heavy work in the morning hours. If you come by, you might see us working on the floor because it's easier for the big boards. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is there. We’ve stayed in this same spot for quite a while now. The rent goes up every year but we like the neighbors. There's a good tea stall nearby which helps us get through the day.
