Our Pune office is over in Dhanori, specifically in Laxmi Nagar. We are on the third floor, Flat 301 in the F Wing. It’s right near the Marathi school, so you can hear the kids during their break times and when the bell rings. It’s an apartment-style office, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a typical commercial building. We have the kitchen area for making coffee and a small balcony where people go to take phone calls. Dhanori is growing fast, so there’s always construction noise nearby, which is fitting for a housing company, I suppose. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our computers, looking at site plans for different Pune projects. We have some folders piled up in the corners because we haven't gotten around to filing them yet. The afternoon sun hits the windows directly, so it can get pretty warm in the office. We usually order lunch from a local place nearby that delivers in those stainless steel tiffins. It’s a decent place to work. It’s not corporate or stiff; it’s just a bunch of us trying to stay on top of the construction schedules and the paperwork that comes with it. We have some plants in the corner that we forget to water sometimes.
