Jai Bhawani Auto Spares

If you walk down Nana Peth, you will see us at Shop No 9 in the Ganga Corner building. The address is 189 Nana Peth, right across from Kirad Hospital. It is a very crowded part of town, always full of bikes and people moving around. Jai Bhawani Auto Spares is packed floor to ceiling with boxes. We have parts for almost everything, but finding them in the back can take a minute because there is so much stuff. The hospital across the street is a good landmark for people who get lost trying to find us. The shop floor is a bit cramped. We have a counter where we talk to customers and check the catalogs. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the shutter halfway down sometimes. There is always the sound of horns and engines from the street outside. We have been in Nana Peth for a long time and seen shops come and go. Ganga Corner is an old building, but it is central. We spend our mornings checking what stock arrived and putting things on the shelves. It is hard work on the back, lifting those heavy metal parts. We take a lunch break around two, usually sitting right there at the back of the shop. It is not a shiny showroom. It is a place for people who need to get their vehicles running again. We just do our bit every day.
