Jaguar Surface Coasting Equipment

We are over in Bhosari, specifically at Sector-7B 127. If you know this industrial area, you know it's a place where things are actually made. Jaguar Surface Coasting Equipment has been based here for a while. The shop floor is usually loud because that is the nature of what we do. We have tools and machinery everywhere. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. We wear work clothes because we are hands-on with the equipment every single day. The office part is small, just enough for a couple of desks and some filing cabinets for the orders. We deal with a lot of metal and parts. Most of us here have grease on our hands by lunchtime. We don't have a big reception area or a person to open the door for you. You just walk in and find someone. Bhosari is a busy hub, and we fit right into that. We spend our time making sure the equipment is sorted and the orders are ready to go out the door. It’s hard work, and the building gets hot in the summer, but we just keep at it. We don’t talk much about visions or anything like that. We talk about the schedule and the machines. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a specific piece of gear, but that's just part of the job.
