Our workshop for Jagdhamba Auto Compontent Pvt Ltd is located in Shendre, which is in the Satara district. It’s a bit of a drive out to the At&Post Shendre area, but that's where we have the space for our equipment and parts. We deal with auto components, mostly making sure things are manufactured or put together correctly. It’s a dusty, busy environment most days. You’ll hear the sound of machines and people moving metal around. I started this because there was a need for reliable parts in this part of Satara. We aren't some massive factory with thousands of robots. It's mostly just us, the local workers, doing the heavy lifting and making sure the pieces fit like they are supposed to. Some days we have issues with the power or a machine needs a part itself, which slows us down, but we figure it out. It's honest work. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or shiny signs. The sign we have is enough for people to find the gate. Working in Shendre means we are part of the local industrial landscape here. We focus on getting the orders out and keeping the quality where it needs to be so the cars and machines keep running. It’s not glamorous, and our hands are usually dirty by the end of the shift. That is just how it is when you work with auto components. We're just a local Satara business doing our thing.
