Jadhav Construction

Started out in Pune at the Trimurti Complex in Balaginagar. It's just a small office where we handle the building stuff. We've been here for a while now. Most days it's just us figuring out site plans or talking to guys on the ground. Sometimes it's noisy around Balaginagar but we like it here. People stop by to ask about renovation work or if we can help with a new wall. We don't have a big fancy reception. Just a desk and some old chairs. We do mostly local work. Pune is growing so fast, sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the new rules. We just try to get the job done right so the building stays up and nobody complains later. Usually, we are out at the sites instead of sitting in the office. If you come by the complex, we might be out back. Construction isn't always pretty, it's dusty and loud, but that's what we do. We've got a small crew. We know the neighborhood well. It’s a bit of a squeeze in the office with all the blueprints and coffee cups. But it works for us. We just focus on the bricks and mortar side of things and try to stay busy. The stairs in the complex are a bit steep. We share the floor with a few other small shops. My brother helps with the billing sometimes when he isn't busy. We keep our tools in the back. Lately, the weather has been hot.
