It gets pretty noisy with all the trucks and machines around, but that is where the work happens. We started this because we knew the area and saw how much infrastructure was needed. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of managers; it's more of a hands-on setup here in Pune. Most of our day is spent dealing with project details and making sure things are moving along as they should. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the maps and plans lying around, but we manage. Being an LLP means we're a smaller team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One person might be on the phone with a vendor while the other is checking a site schedule. We’ve been in this part of India for quite some time now, and we’ve seen Bhosari grow from a few shops to this massive industrial hub. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we like being part of the local scene. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to keep things simple. It is just a matter of getting the job finished.
