J P Construction

J P Construction is based over in Pune, specifically at Plot No.105 B Ward in Chaitanya Nagar. We are really close to Bharati Hospital in the Dhankawadi area. If you live around here, you know that the roads near the hospital stay crowded almost all day and night. We have our small office tucked away in this neighborhood. It is a practical space where we keep our blueprints, site records, and all the usual stuff you need for construction work. Being in Maharashtra, we have to deal with the heavy rains during the monsoon, which usually slows down our outdoor work, but we stay busy with the planning side of things during those months. The team here is just a bunch of regular people who know the local area well. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is more of a place where you might find a bit of dust on the table from the last site visit. We spend a lot of our time moving between the office and different spots around Pune to check on how things are moving along. It is hard work and sometimes things get delayed because of supplies or labor issues, but we just keep at it. We have been part of this community for a while and we like being near the hospital because everyone knows the landmark, making it easy to find us.
