J N Engineering (Panstone Hydraulics)

J N Engineering is tucked away at J-498 in the J Block of MIDC, Bhosari. It’s a massive industrial area, so you really have to watch the signs to find our unit. We also go by Panstone Hydraulics because that’s the main thing we handle. The workshop is usually a bit greasy because of the hydraulic fluids, but that’s normal for this line of work. We’ve been in Bhosari for years. It’s a tough place to work in the summer when the heat hits the metal roof, but we’ve got some big fans that help. It’s mostly just the sound of heavy machines and the smell of oil around here. We aren't into fancy marketing. We just have our sign on the gate and people know where we are. Our crew is small but they’ve been working with hydraulics for a long time. We don't have a big human resources department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out on the shop floor. Sometimes parts take forever to arrive from the suppliers, which can be frustrating. We just do our best to keep the schedules on track. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like being part of the MIDC community. Everyone around here is doing something similar, so there’s a good sense of how things work. It's a place where you get your hands dirty and finish the job.
