We are located at Kalyaneshwar Apartments, right in unit U-32. To find us, you just have to head past the Ajani Railway Bridge. It’s a pretty well-known bridge in this part of Pune, so we usually just tell people to look for that landmark. The apartment complex is mostly residential, but we have our office space set up inside one of the units. It’s a bit of a different environment than a standard office park, but it works for us. We have a few rooms dedicated to different parts of the work, like accounting and project planning. The sound of the trains passing nearby is something we’ve all gotten used to over the months. It’s a bit like background noise now. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a security desk at the front. You just come up to the apartment and knock. Most of our work involves managing the Pune side of the company’s operations. It’s a lot of phone calls, emails, and meetings with local contractors. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but usually, half the team is out at different sites across the city. We keep a simple setup with basic furniture and some old computers that still get the job done. It’s just a regular place where we try to stay organized and keep the projects on track without any extra fuss or fancy displays.
