We are located in Nagpur, over in the Dharampeth area. Our office for Ivrcl Infrastructures & Projects Ltd. is at Rahul Meshram’s place, which sits right behind Bishop Cotton School in Dr. Ambedkar Nagar. It’s a fairly well-known spot in this part of the city. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we manage our infrastructure projects. Nagpur gets very hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time here trying to stay cool while we sort through all the paperwork. We handle everything from labor management to supply chains. It’s a lot of phone calls and messy spreadsheets. We don’t have a big corporate vibe or a professional PR person writing our descriptions. This is just how we work. You can hear the school bells and the local traffic from our desks. Most of our people are out on the actual project sites most of the week. We only come back here to report in or pick up new drawings. It’s a simple setup with some computers and a lot of files. We focus on the actual building and engineering tasks. Sometimes the logistics of getting materials to the sites are a real headache, but we find a way to manage. We’ve been here for a while and we know how things work in this town. It’s a straightforward business for us.
