We have a lot of site maps on the walls and the desks are usually messy with daily logs and equipment checklists. We spend a lot of time talking to the crews and making sure they have the right instructions for the day's work. It is a practical environment and we don't worry much about how the office looks to outsiders. We are more concerned with the quality of the concrete or the progress of the roadwork we are supervising. Sometimes it gets loud with all the noise from the chowk, but we are used to it by now.
