If you are looking for our Pune setup, we are located in Baner at the Sai Prasad Apartment. It’s on the third floor, specifically flat number five, which is right near the Bhagwati Ashram. It is a busy part of the city, especially around Sr No 110. Working in Ivrcl Infrastructures & Projects Limited means we spend a lot of time between these four walls planning out big sites and then heading out to where the actual construction is happening. The office feels more like a home sometimes because it’s in an apartment block. We have desks piled with blueprints and some old files that we still need to digitize. Being on the third floor means a lot of stairs when the lift is acting up, which happens more than we’d like. Baner is a good spot because it’s close to a lot of the newer developments we are involved with. It’s not a fancy corporate tower with a lobby, just a practical space where we sit and figure out the logistics of these big projects. There’s usually someone drinking tea and arguing over a schedule or a supply list. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. We just focus on the infrastructure side of things and making sure the projects in and around Pune get moving. It can be stressful when things go wrong on-site, but we just handle it day by day.
