Ivrcl Infrastructures & Projects Limited

We are based in the Grevillea Building, specifically room B-205, inside Magarpatta City. This is in the Hadapsar area of Pune. Even though Magarpatta is a big, modern township, our office for Ivrcl Infrastructures & Projects Limited feels pretty down-to-earth once you get inside. We have been working out of this space for a while now. It is a decent-sized room where we manage our various infrastructure projects around the city. Pune is always growing, so there is plenty of work for us to do with roads and building foundations. The office usually has a lot of energy, with people coming in and out from different sites. We have desks piled with drawings and technical manuals. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. The windows look out over the city, which is nice, but we are usually too busy with phone calls and emails to notice. We don't go in for corporate talk or fancy decorations here. It’s just a place where the staff can sit down, handle the accounts, and coordinate the labor. The building is safe and clean, which is a plus. Most of us take the stairs because the lifts can be slow in the mornings. We have a small pantry for lunch breaks, but most of the time we are eating while working. It's a busy, practical environment for people who care about building things.
