We spend most of our time out where the actual infrastructure work is happening. It’s a lot of moving parts, managing projects and making sure the infrastructure actually gets built. It’s not always pretty. There is a lot of mud and noise involved in what we do. We’ve been handling these kinds of projects for a while now. We prefer talking over the phone or meeting at the site rather than sitting in a boardroom. It’s more practical that way. When you work in infrastructure, you learn that things don’t always go according to the first plan. You just have to adapt and keep the project moving forward. We handle the technical side and the manual labor coordination too. It is just a few of us making sure the contracts are met and the work gets finished. No big marketing team here, just us and the projects we take on. It’s basic, hard work, but someone has to do it. We might not respond to emails immediately if we are in a remote spot with bad signal, but we eventually get back to everyone. That's just how the job goes for us.
