We’re located on the 4th floor of Hamy Plaza, right near the Kinara Hotel in Katraj, Pune. Our flat number is 23, and it’s a pretty busy spot. Being near the hotel means there’s always traffic and people moving about, which keeps things interesting. We handle a variety of infrastructure and project-based work from this office. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for us to manage the planning and the back-office side of things. We aren't big on fancy titles or complicated processes. We just try to get the work done as efficiently as we can. Most of the time, our staff are out at different sites, so the office might feel a bit quiet some afternoons. Then everyone comes back, and it’s a lot of talking and catching up on what happened during the day. We deal with the usual problems like delayed supplies or weather issues, but we don’t let it get us down. Pune is a fast-growing place, and being in Katraj puts us in a good position to see a lot of that change. We’ve been here for some time now and have gotten to know the local rhythm. The office is simple, with just the essentials—some computers, desks, and a lot of maps. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they see our projects going up around the city. It's just simple work for honest people.
