Our setup is in Pune, over in the Vadagaon Sheri area. We are located at Survey Number 47, inside Flat Number 9 in Ganesh Nagar. It’s a bit of an unconventional spot for an infrastructure office, being in a flat, but it works for us. We have enough room for our desks and all the project maps we have to look at. Being in Pune means we are right in the middle of a lot of growth. We handle different projects for IVRCL from this location. Most of our day is spent coordinating with people on the ground at construction sites. Ganesh Nagar is a decent area. It can get a bit crowded with traffic, but that’s just Pune for you. We aren't a big corporate headquarters with a glass front. We are just a local team working on the technical side of things. It’s practical. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather focus on the engineering and project details. There are a few of us here, and we’ve been working out of this flat for a while. It feels more like a workspace than a corporate office. We deal with various infrastructure tasks across the city and surrounding areas. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. We try to keep things organized despite the constant flow of information. If you find yourself in Vadagaon Sheri, you’ll see we are just regular people doing a job. We don’t have any marketing slogans.
