Ivrcl Hyderabad

Even though the name is Ivrcl Hyderabad, we are actually in Pune. Specifically, A/15 Neelay Apartment on Shivarkar Road. This is in the Fatima Nagar area. It’s a bit funny having Hyderabad in the name while being in Pune, but that’s just how it ended up. The apartment is where we run everything from. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not too loud or crazy most days. We have been at 411013 for a while. Shivarkar Road can get a little crowded during rush hour, but we don't mind. We are just a small team working out of an apartment. It’s not a massive skyscraper. We just have our space in Neelay Apartment and we stay busy with our projects. People often ask about the name, but we just explain we are the Pune branch of Ivrcl Hyderabad. We don't use much corporate jargon here. It’s a very plain office setup. We get our coffee nearby and just get to work. It’s a comfortable spot to be. We’ve grown fond of Fatima Nagar over the years. There are plenty of local shops around if we need anything. We don't do anything flashy. We just handle the business that comes through the door. It’s a practical way to operate. We like being in this part of Pune. It feels like home to us now. The apartment is just our base.
