Our Pune office is located in Shri Saidham, which is right near the Santoshi Mata Temple in Santoshnagar. Katraj is a pretty active area, and being near the temple means everyone knows the landmark. We’ve been in this spot for a while. It’s a decent sized space for our team. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. You just walk in and we're there. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time, though it gets busy when a project is reaching a milestone. We have a lot of maps and blueprints pinned to the walls. It’s definitely a workspace, not a showroom. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week. The temple nearby brings a lot of foot traffic to the area, so it never feels lonely. We have our routine—coffee in the morning, checking the mail, and then getting into the thick of it. We aren't a big corporate machine with thousands of rules. We just work together and get things finished. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just Pune life. It’s a good, honest place to work. There’s a small bakery down the road that has great snacks for our late evening meetings. The tiles in our entryway are a bit cracked, but we haven't gotten around to fixing them yet because work keeps us moving.
