Ispl Automation Pvt. Ltd.

Ispl Automation Pvt. Ltd. is based at Gat No. 202 in Shindewadi, which is part of the Bhor Taluka. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but we like the space we have. We do a lot of technical work involving automation, which sounds complicated, but to us, it’s just our daily routine. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we keep our tools and parts. Working out in Shindewadi means it’s a bit quieter than the city, though we still have plenty to keep us busy. We have a small team, and we all wear many hats. One minute I might be looking at a drawing, and the next I’m helping move a heavy box. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with suits and long meetings. Most of our meetings happen standing up around a workbench. Sometimes things don’t go according to plan, and we have to stay late to figure out a problem with a machine. It can be frustrating, but that’s the reality of automation. We’ve been at this location for some time now, and we’ve gotten to know the locals. We just focus on the work that’s in front of us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy talk or brochures. We just show up every morning, do the job at Gat No. 202, and try to do it right the first time. It's a living.
