We are based in Pune, specifically in the Wadagaonsheri area. Our office is on Plot 9 inside the Saneguruji Co-operative Housing Society in Sainikwadi. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is a lot quieter than the industrial zones nearby. Working out of a housing society means we have to be mindful of the neighbors and keep things relatively low-key most of the time. The office is basically just a modified house. We have the front room set up for meetings and the back rooms for the regular staff work. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage to get things done. Pune weather is usually decent, so we often keep the windows open to let in some air instead of running the air conditioning all day. There is a small garden area outside that we do not really take care of as much as we should. Mostly, we are focused on the technical side of Ismt. We spend many hours looking at designs and charts on our screens. There is no corporate dress code here; most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather that day. We do not have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. If you are looking for us, you just look for the number on the gate. It is a practical setup for a group like ours. We like being in this part of town because it is close to some good food spots.
