Ismt Ltd

Our office for Ismt Ltd is situated in Baramati, which is quite a distance from the main Pune city. We are right in the middle of the M.I.D.C. industrial area, specifically in the I.S.M.T. Colony at Plot No. R1, D-9. Because we are in the MIDC, we are surrounded by other factories and plants. It is a very industrial setting. The colony is where a lot of the staff stays, so work and life are pretty much in the same place for us. The office is a functional building designed for the climate here, which can get extremely hot in the summer months. We have a lot of space, but it is mostly used for storing records and housing the administrative team. The air is often filled with the sound of distant machinery from the nearby plants. We do not have a fancy canteen; we usually bring our own tiffins from home and eat together in the common room. The walk to the office is short since most of us live right here in the colony. It is a quiet life in Baramati, away from the chaos of the big city. We focus on our daily quotas and making sure the paperwork for the MIDC authorities is always in order. There is not much to do for fun around here, so we mostly just focus on our jobs and our families. It is a simple, hardworking environment. We have been part of this colony for a long time.
