Ismt Lmted, Pune

We operate Ismt Lmted from an office in Viman Nagar, Pune. We are actually located inside a residential complex called Clover Arch Society, specifically in Flat Number 3. Viman Nagar is a nice area, very close to the airport, so we hear planes taking off and landing pretty much all day long. The office is really just a flat that we have converted into a workspace. It has a kitchen where we make our own coffee and a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of sun during the day. It does not feel like a big corporate office at all, which we actually prefer. It feels more like a home where we happen to do a lot of work. We have desks squeezed into the living room area and the bedrooms are used for filing and private meetings. It is a bit of a tight fit when the whole team is here, but it works for us. We do not have a big sign on the door, just a small nameplate. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We spend our days dealing with various business matters for Ismt. It is a relaxed atmosphere, but we get our tasks done. Sometimes we go down to the local cafes in Viman Nagar for meetings if we need more space. It is a convenient spot and it makes the workday feel a bit more normal. We just do our business here quietly.
