Ismt Limited,(Steel Plant)

This is the steel plant office for Ismt Limited over in Pune. We are located in the Ved Vihar Complex, which is on Magarpatta Road in Hadapsar. Being near the steel plant means things are always moving and there is a lot of activity around us. The office is in building B-2, unit 6. It is an industrial part of the city, so there are always trucks and heavy machinery moving around nearby. The complex itself is okay, but it is definitely built for work, not for looking pretty. Inside, the office is filled with the sound of printers and people talking about production schedules. We have blue-collar workers and engineers coming in and out all day long. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, and the air always has that faint smell of industrial work. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and safety posters. The furniture is heavy-duty because it needs to last a long time. We focus on the steel side of things, so a lot of our time is spent tracking shipments and making sure the plant is running the way it is supposed to. It is a busy environment and not very quiet. We eat our lunch at our desks most days because there is always something that needs attention. It is a tough business but we have been doing it for a long time now. We just try to get the steel out on time.
