IQS Ventures Private Limited is situated on Level 4 of IQS House. The address is S.No. 228/1A/2 in the Baner area. If you know where the CCD is, we are right opposite that, which makes it very easy to explain to people where we work. We are also right next to Kapil Malhar. Being up on the fourth floor is nice because it gets us away from the street-level noise of all the people going to the coffee shop. The building, IQS House, is a pretty standard office building. We don't have any of those high-tech gadgets or fancy lounges. Our floor is just a place for us to sit down and get through our venture projects. It’s got everything we need, like a small pantry and some desks. The Baner area is always growing and changing, so there’s usually some construction sound nearby, but we don't mind it much. We just keep our heads down and focus on what’s in front of us. It’s a busy part of Pune, and being right by a landmark like CCD means there’s always life around the building. We’ve been at this Level 4 spot for some time now and it feels like a solid base for IQS Ventures Private Limited. We aren't into the whole corporate polish; we just like having a reliable place to come to every morning and do our jobs. It’s a practical setup in a busy neighborhood and we appreciate the convenience.
