Iplace

We are located in the Salisbury Park area of Pune. It is a nice enough spot to work out of, and we have been here at Iplace for a while now. The office is pretty simple. We do not have a lot of high-tech gadgets or modern art on the walls. It is mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of people talking on the phone throughout the day. We spend our days looking through profiles and talking to folks who are looking for a change in their careers or a new start. It is a lot of listening and trying to remember who told us what. We keep everything in folders, though we try to use the computers more these days to save some space. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three phones are ringing at once and someone is standing at the door, but we usually manage to keep it together. We do not have a formal dress code here, so it is a pretty relaxed atmosphere most of the time. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how each other works without having to say much. We do not use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just ask them what they need and see if we can help out. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. Pune is a good city for this kind of thing, and Salisbury Park is a comfortable place.
