Ionbond Coatings Pvt.Ltd. is located at Plot No.6 in Indira Nagar. Pune is a growing place, but our little corner in Maharashtra stays pretty much the same. We are not in one of those shiny new IT parks you see on the news. Instead, we are in a more practical, industrial-feeling neighborhood where people actually get their hands dirty. The office is right there on the plot, and we spend most of our time dealing with coating processes and making sure the schedules are met. It’s a bit dusty because of the nearby construction, but we try to keep the workspace decent. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of fancy meetings to know what to do. Usually, someone brings in snacks to share around midday. The rain in Pune during the monsoon can be really heavy, and sometimes the road outside gets a few big puddles that stay for days. We just wear our boots and keep going. Sentence structures here are a bit mixed up because that's how we talk. It’s a solid place to work without any of the unnecessary fluff. We have some heavy machinery and the sound of it becomes like background music after a while. If you visit, you might have to park a bit down the street because our front area stays crowded with deliveries and heavy trucks moving stuff in and out of the plot. We keep the gate open most of the day.
