Inventive Business Solutions Private Limited operates out of a space in Bavdhan, right near the Maratha Mandir. If you know Pune, you know how the traffic gets around here, so we usually try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. We are in Block C of the Ike No Midori building, specifically on the tenth floor. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the S No 8/4+5 area if you aren't familiar with the layout. The office itself is pretty plain, nothing fancy to look at, just desks and chairs and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time just talking across the room to each other instead of sending emails, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a corporate office. There’s a window that looks out toward the main road, but we usually keep the blinds down because the afternoon sun hits hard. Our team is small, and we’ve all been working together long enough that we don’t really need many rules. We just show up at Fl 10, handle the paperwork, and try to make sure everything gets done by the time the sun goes down. It’s a quiet corner of Maharashtra where we can focus without too many distractions from the outside world. The building is generally well-kept, though the hallway lighting can be a bit dim in the evenings when we are leaving. It works for us.
