Intervet (India)

Intervet (India) operates out of a space in the Wagholi Co Housing Society in Sector 1, Nirny Nagara, Ahmedabad. It’s a bit different because we are located within a residential housing society. It’s much quieter than the industrial areas, which we quite like. We have a couple of rooms converted into our office area. There are shelves lined with boxes and files, and we have a few desks where we handle all the paperwork and phone calls. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. In the mornings, you can hear the neighbors going about their business and children heading off to school. We usually start the day with a cup of tea and a look at the schedule. Ahmedabad can get very hot, but being in a housing society means we have a bit more shade and it’s a little cooler than being out on the main road. We don't have a big neon sign out front, just a small nameplate so people know they have the right place. Most of our work is done over the phone or through deliveries, so we don't get a lot of foot traffic. It’s a steady environment where we can focus on what needs to be done without too many distractions. We’ve been here for a while and the people in the society know us well. It’s just a small, quiet operation that keeps us busy throughout the week. We try to finish up before the evening.
