Intelux Electronics Pvt Ltd is located in Unit No. 2 of the Electronic Coop. Estate on the Pune-Satara Road. Being in an estate like this means we are surrounded by other people doing similar work. There is always the sound of trucks or people moving crates around in the background. Our unit isn't massive, but it’s enough space for the machines and the work tables we need. The Pune-Satara Road can get really jammed with traffic, so we usually try to get in early before the rush starts. Once we are inside, it’s all about the electronics. We have some decent equipment, but it’s definitely a working space, not a showroom. There are piles of components in the corners and wires running along the walls to where they need to be. We’ve been part of this cooperative estate for a while, and it’s nice being around other small businesses. If we need a tool we don't have, someone next door usually helps out. We don't have any big marketing team or anyone to write fancy reports. We just focus on the products we are putting together. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out, and we just order some food and keep going. It’s just standard work for us. No one here is trying to be a corporate superstar, we just want to do the job right and keep the business running.
