Intelenet Global Services Limited

Intelenet Global Services Limited has an office out here in Butewadi. We’re part of the Rajgurunagar post area in the Khed taluka. It’s a bit of a long drive from the main Pune city, but it’s where we are based for now. The area is developing slowly, but it still has a bit of a rural feel to it with all the open land around. We handle various service-related tasks from this location for the company. It’s a large building, but inside it’s just regular people working at their desks. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls or expensive furniture. It’s all very functional and built for work. Sometimes the power goes out in Khed, especially during the stormy season, and we have to rely on the backup generators to keep the computers running. That can be a bit of a hassle for us, but we’re used to it. The staff here mostly comes from the nearby villages and the town center. We have a cafeteria where we all eat lunch, and that’s usually where the best conversations about local news happen. We don't use a lot of big words or talk about global strategies much in our daily meetings. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the service we provide is decent enough for everyone. It’s a steady job for a lot of people in the Rajgurunagar area. We keep our heads down and just do the work that needs to be done. It’s a pretty normal workplace.
