Being on East Street means there is always something happening outside our windows. The Galleria itself is an interesting place to work, with all kinds of different businesses as neighbors. Our office isn’t huge, but it fits our desks and all the files we have to keep track of for the daily operations. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is stopping by to hand over some papers. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s a good kind of busy. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now, and we’ve seen the shops around us change quite a bit over the years. We mostly just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with running an enterprise like this. The lunch hours are the best because you can find almost any kind of food just a few steps away from the shop. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like, but it’s good exercise. We don’t go in for anything flashy or complicated. We just open up every morning, handle the logistics, and make sure things are moving forward. It is just a regular office day for us.
