Out here in Mulshi, things are a bit different than the city. Our office is located on Mutha Road, right at Survey Number 1073. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but we like the space. Being in the Pune district but away from the main congestion gives us a bit of breathing room. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling overseas projects. You’ll see maps on the walls and a lot of folders labeled with different countries. It’s a lot of coordination work. The weather out here in the hills can get quite nice, though the rains are heavy. Sometimes the internet acts up because of where we are, but we manage. We aren't a big, polished firm with a marketing team. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything is handled correctly for our international jobs. We have a small kitchen where we eat lunch together. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't wear suits unless there’s a really important reason. Most of the time, it’s just jeans and shirts. We’ve been at this location for years and know the local roads well. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just keep our heads down and get the work done without making a big fuss about it.
