We’ve been here in Karve Nagar for quite a while now. Intech -Minilec Group India Pvt. Ltd. - Pune isn't just a big name on paper; it's where we show up every morning and put in the hours. Pune has changed a lot over the years, but our little spot here stays pretty much the same. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the traffic gets really crazy near the main junction. Our office isn't anything fancy with glass walls or koi ponds, just desks, computers, and people trying to get their work done right. We deal with a lot of technical stuff, mostly sensors and protection bits for motors, which sounds boring to some but it's what keeps us busy all day. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up when the summer heat hits, but we manage to keep things moving. We aren't trying to change the entire world overnight. We just want to make sure the things we build actually work when someone plugs them in. If you walk into our office, you’ll probably see stacks of files and hear a few people arguing over a technical drawing. It’s a bit noisy, and the coffee machine is definitely older than some of our interns, but it’s our workplace. We don’t have a PR team writing fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the engineering and try to keep our clients from having any reason to complain. That’s the whole story.
