Inox Auto Parts is located at Plot No. 6 in the F-II Block of MIDC Pimpri. If you know Pimpri, you know it’s a huge industrial hub with factories everywhere you look. Our building is a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside. We make parts for cars and other vehicles here. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done right every time. We have several machines running throughout the day and the noise is just something we’ve gotten used to after a few weeks. We don't have a lot of decorative stuff in the office area. It’s mostly just desks, phones, and a lot of catalogs piled up. The workers here have been with us for a long time and they know the machines inside and out. We eat lunch together in the small break area at the back when things quiet down. It’s a very straightforward operation we run. We receive the raw materials, process them through the machines, and then send the finished parts out to the bigger assembly plants nearby. Sometimes the shipments get delayed because of the heavy traffic in MIDC, which can be frustrating when we are on a schedule. We don't claim to be anything we aren't. We’re just a small part of the big automotive supply chain here in Pune. We keep our heads down and focus on the parts.
