Ingersoll Rand International India Ltd

We are located at Dehugaoan in the Omkar Society, which is part of the Haveli taluka in Pune. Ingersoll Rand International India Ltd is our name, but to the neighbors, we’re just the guys in the building down the street. It’s a bit of a mix here, some houses and some businesses all jumbled together. The office is pretty small and we have to share the parking space, which can be a bit of a headache on Monday mornings. We have some desks and a lot of technical manuals lying around. It’s not a place for visitors to come and see anything fancy. We are usually busy with the phones or working on the computers. Pune is a busy city, and the traffic near Dehu can be really slow, so we spend a lot of time waiting for parts or people to arrive. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and tea. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don’t wear suits or have big meetings with slides. We just talk over the desks and figure things out. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work, and other days we leave a bit early if it’s quiet. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. It’s just a practical place to do our business and we’re used to the noise of the main road. It works for us and the work gets done eventually.
