You can find us at Ingersoll Rand I Ltd over at S No 4 Sagar Socity. We are located just off the Pune Mumbai Road in Wakadewadi, which means we hear the constant drone of traffic from the highway all day long. It’s a busy part of the city, and getting into the society can be a bit of a trick if you miss the turn-off. The office here is a simple place where we spend a lot of our time looking at spreadsheets and talking to folks on the phone. We are part of the bigger Ingersoll Rand name, but this specific spot in Wakadewadi has its own local feel. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and old coffee mugs, and the printer likes to jam whenever we are in a hurry. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby with a waterfall. It’s just a regular workspace where we get things done. Sometimes we go out for a walk along the main road just to get some air, even if the air is mostly exhaust fumes from the Pune Mumbai Road. At Sagar Socity, we know the security guards by name and we know which local shops have the best snacks for the afternoon slump. It is an honest day's work for everyone here, and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it actually is.
