Ing Lifeinsurance

Our place is over in Viman Nagar, specifically at Konark Nagar Ii in Row House number twenty-two. It’s a pretty decent spot in Pune and the neighborhood is mostly quiet except for when the planes go over since the airport is close. We do life insurance work from this office. It’s not a big corporate building or anything like that, just a regular house that we use for business. You might miss the entrance if you aren't looking closely at the numbers on the gates. Inside, there are just a few of us working at our desks with our computers and stacks of documents. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining things to people or sorting out paperwork that needs to be sent off. The rain in Pune can get quite heavy sometimes and then the street gets a bit messy, but we are usually inside staying dry. We don’t have a lot of walk-ins, but when someone does stop by, we offer them a chair and try to find whatever file they are asking about. It’s a straightforward job and we try to keep things organized even when the folders start to pile up on the tables. We usually bring our own lunch or get something simple from the shops nearby. It’s just a small team trying to keep up with all the insurance tasks. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and it feels like a second home to some of us.
