We are based at 12, Sai Terrace in the Anand Nagar area, right off Singhagd Road in Pune. It’s a pretty busy neighborhood, and our office is tucked into a building that feels more like a home than a corporate space. We’ve been working on infrastructure projects from this location for quite some time now. Pune is always expanding, so there is no shortage of things to keep us occupied. Most of our work involves the planning and management of various local developments. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and visiting different sites across the city. The office itself is simple; we have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don't use a lot of fancy words or complicated processes. We just try to get the jobs done as they come in. Sometimes the traffic on Singhagd Road makes it hard for people to reach us, but we are usually here from early morning until late evening. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We handle the paperwork and the logistics without making a big production out of it. It’s a steady pace of work, and we’ve become a regular part of the Anand Nagar community over the years. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure everything is moving forward without any unnecessary fuss or complicated corporate talk.
