Our office is over in the Baner area of Pune. We are on the 4th floor, using units 7 and 8. The address has a lot of survey numbers like 125/2 and 4/1, but it’s basically just a commercial building in a growing part of the city. We do clinical research services from here. It’s a lot of sitting and analyzing data. The office is quite large since we have two units joined together. We have some basic partitions set up to give everyone a bit of privacy. The windows give us a good view of the new buildings going up nearby. Baner has changed so much since we first moved in. There are more cafes and shops than there used to be. Our space is pretty simple—blue chairs, grey desks, and lots of whiteboards for brainstorming. We have a small area for the staff to take breaks. It’s usually quiet in here because everyone is focused on their reports. The carpet is a bit worn in the spots where the chairs roll back and forth. We don't have any big corporate branding on the walls. It’s just a place to work. The lift in the building is usually fast, which is a plus. We usually pack our lunches and eat together in the small pantry area. It’s a straightforward, professional enough environment without being too stiff or formal. We just try to keep things organized and get through our checklists every day.
