We’re located at shop number 38 in the Shahu Vision building in Chinchwad, Kudal. Industrial Automats & Traders is mostly about sourcing parts for factories and workshops around here. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking stock levels. We deal with various automatic components and general industrial items. The office is usually stacked with boxes waiting to be shipped out or just arrived from a supplier. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. Chinchwad is a busy area, so there’s always a lot of movement outside. We spend our days talking to engineers and procurement guys who need something specific yesterday. Sometimes the logistics get messy and a shipment is late, which we then have to explain to the customer. We don't have a big marketing team; it’s just us doing the daily grind. We try to keep our prices fair because we know how tough the industry can be. It’s a straightforward trading business. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure our clients have the parts they need to keep their machines running. You’ll often find us checking through catalogs or typing up quotes on the old computer. It’s a bit of a squeeze in the shop sometimes with all the inventory, but we make it work. It’s just what we do to keep things moving forward and the shop running smoothly every week of the month.
