Out here in the Bhosari Industrial Area, things move pretty fast. Our place, Induction Equipment (India) Pvt. Ltd., is located at T-117. It’s a sturdy building that’s seen a lot of work over the years. We focus on the induction side of things, which means a lot of technical talk around the lunch table. The workshop is usually filled with the hum of electricity and the smell of hot metal. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s an honest one. We’ve got benches covered in tools and parts that need fixing or assembling. The guys wearing the grease-stained overalls are the ones who really know what’s going on. We don't spend a lot on fancy signs or marketing stuff. We’d rather spend that on making sure the equipment is running right. Bhosari is a huge area, and we’re just one of many shops making things, but we just do our thing in our own corner. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. It’s just the nature of working with induction machines. You think you’ve got it figured out, and then you have to tweak something else. We’ve been at T-117 for a good while, and most people in the area know where to find us. It’s practical work for practical people. We just keep our heads down and try to do a decent job.
