Start with how things look at T-117. It's a busy spot in the Bhosari Industrial Estate. We’ve been here at Induction Equipment India Private Limited for quite a while now. Most days it’s just about getting the work done and making sure things are moving as they should. The shop floor stays pretty loud, but that is just part of being in an industrial area like this one. We don't really do the fancy office stuff here. Most of our time is spent looking at machines and checking parts. It gets hot in the summer, but the fans help a bit. People stop by sometimes to ask about what we do, and we just show them around the floor. It’s not a complicated place to find once you get into Bhosari. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. Some of the guys have been with us since the beginning, so we know how each other works. There is always some grease on someone's hands and plenty of metal around. We aren't trying to be anything big or flashy. Just a regular setup at T-117 where the work happens. Sometimes the trucks block the entrance for a bit, but we sort it out. That is just how it goes in an industrial estate. We keep it simple. If you're looking for us, look for the sign that hasn't been painted in a few years. It's just home for us. We like the way things are.
