We are located right at Shastri Chowk on Alandi Road in the Bhosari area of Pune. If you live around here, you’ve probably passed by S.N 202 a hundred times. Indrayani Construction is a local outfit. We handle various building tasks, mostly around this part of the city. Pune is growing so fast, especially in places like Bhosari, and we try to help folks get their homes or shops built without too much stress. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. I spend most of my day on the phone with labor contractors or at the actual sites making sure the levels are correct. We aren't a giant corporation. It’s just us, a few skilled workers, and a desire to do a decent job. Sometimes the supplies are late or the weather doesn't help, but we find a way to keep moving. People come to our office at H.N 293 to chat about their ideas. We listen, tell them what’s possible, and go from there. There’s no slick sales talk here. We just know how to mix concrete and lay bricks properly. It’s a messy job sometimes, but someone has to do it. We’ve built up a reputation around Shastri Chowk just by being around and being honest about what we can do. We take pride in seeing a finished project stand up well against the monsoon rains.
